Namaste - This is the flagship
piece of a series of yoga poses intertwined with geometric forms.
The body and rectangle are made from a single piece of wild cherry.
The eyes are ebony, holly and vera. The hair is holly and satinwood.
Einstein - Einstein is an
irresistible character in history. This sculpture is a contemporary
memorial to his genius. The Oregon Big-Leaf Maple burl that he is
sculpted from reminds one of electrons in their orbits, his famous
disheveled head of hair, and an atomic explosion. His thoughtful
expression seems to have emanated from his patient tolerance of
humanity and his study of the nature of the universe.
